Known to her many friends as "Mickey", Mary Lu Jacobs passed away Dec. 15, 2013 in Mesa, Ariz. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to California in her teen years.
She lived and worked much of her adult life in Southern California. After retiring from a career in accounting she moved to Arizona where she enjoyed family, her association with the Parker Does, her friends on "The Hill" and trips to California to visit family and old friends.
In California she met and married William (Bill) Barrier who preceded her in death at an early age. She is survived by her loving children Rick Barrier, Cindy (Stan) Hood and Bill (Stephie) Barrier; granddaughter Callison Hood; grandsons Dennis Barrier and Dylan Barrier; sister Kathleen (Fred) Sheldon. Her sister Pat Campbell preceded her in death.
She will be greatly missed by all. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. at the Parker Elks Lodge, 714 Laguna Avenue, Parker. Arrangements provided by San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home
