He was born July 21, 1936 to Ruth Burke in Indianapolis, Ind. Phillip was a member of the ATLAZ #1 Masons Lodge, and loved working outdoors. He was very proud of serving his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his sons Jay Neaderhiser, Kurt Neaderhiser, and Gary Neaderhiser; his daughter Carla Tilden of Sedona; and his granddaughter Ashley Tilden.
