The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 01/10/2014 Charles Skinner, 63, resident of Joseph City, died Oct. 23, 2013, in Mesa of cancer. He was born Oct. 18, 1950, in Middletown, N.Y. Charles was a licensed master plumber, general contractor by trade and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Roberts of 36-plus years; son Jason (Sarah) of Apache Junction; daughters Jessica (Joseph) of Florida, Judy (Kenneth) of Apache Junction and Sylvia (Chad) of Apache Junction; eight grandchildren; stepmother Edna in New York; two brothers; three sisters and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Gordon and Ruth Skinner. Angles Cremation and Burial handled arrangements. Call (480) 962-6435.
