Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Sunday, January 12, 2014 - Ann Bucher, 80, passed away in Lake Havasu City, Jan. 6, 2014. She was born to Michael and Anna (Urhyon) Maydos Jan. 1, 1934 in Allentown, Pa. Ann was the owner/server of a restaurant, moving to Lake Havasu City 37 years ago where she is the owner of Blue Fountain Apartments. She is a member of the Eagles, Moose and VFW, and enjoys Texas Hold-em and going to Charles of Italy to get her hair done. Ann was a beautiful and wonderful lady and was well known in Lake Havasu City. Ann is survived by her loving family, sons, Michael Bucher, Monte Bucher and Richard Bucher, all of Lake Havasu City; brother, Charles B. Maydos, of Allentown, Pa.; grandchildren, Erin Bucher, of Lake Havasu City and Sarah Dewitt, of Ocean View, Pa. and one great-grandchild with two on the way. Graveside services will be Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens at 1 p.m. with words of comfort by Pastor Jim Price.
