COLE, Thomas O.

Dr. Thomas O. Cole, 85, a retired physician who lived at 1545 W. Indianola, died yesterday, Dec. 5, 1964, in Good Samaritan Hospital.  

Dr. Cole, a native of Edinburg, Illinois, practiced medicine for 32 years in Los Angeles.  He came to Phoenix in 1951.  

A Navy medical officer in World War I, he was a 43nd Degree Mason and a member of the Masonic Shrine.  

He is survived by his wife, Edythe; a son, Kenneth, Phoenix; a sister, Mrs. Ina May, Springfield, IL; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
