MCCOY, Hazel

Miami -- Services for Mrs. Hazel McCoy, 59, will be held Dec. 8, 1964, in Miles Mortuary here.  The Rev. Wallace Mayo will officiate. Burial in Gila County Memorial Gardens.  

Mrs. McCoy died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1964, at her home in Little Acres.   

A native of Bearden, Arkansas, Mrs. McCoy moved to Arizona 19 years ago.  

She is survived by her husband, Tom; three sons, W. T. McCoy of Little Rock, Arkansas, . . . (page cuts off here)
