Tedi Douglas Tumlinson, age 63, a 41-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2014 in Bullhead City, Ariz. She was born July 19, 1950 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Mason and Bette Douglas.
Tedi taught fifth grade in various Bullhead City elementary schools from 1972 to 2005. She received her bachelors degree from the University of Kansas in 1972 and her masters degree in education from Northern Arizona University in 2005.
Tedi is survived by her husband, Tom Tumlinson; brother, David Douglas; sisters, Dana Walline and Anita Tonsing; and stepchildren, Dottie DeTroye, Duane Tumlinson, Denise Tumlinson and Douglas Tumlinson.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Mohave Valley United Methodist Church, 1593 Lipan Blvd., Fort Mohave, Ariz.
Arrangements are in the care of Dimond and Sons Funeral Home.
