Jewel was born May 18, 1932 to L.C. and Ceolia Scruggs Jones. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Caldwell Funeral Chapel from 6 until 8 p.m. and on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. at New Life City Church. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the New Life City Church. Superintendant Rayford Strong will celebrate the services with Dr. Phillip Tutor. Interment will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
