Mr. Lewis was born on December 13, 1954 in Delano, California. A carpenter by trade, Mr. Lewis moved to Arizona three years ago. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1449 in Clarkdale, Ariz. He also enjoyed working on computers. A loving father, son, brother & uncle, Mr. Lewis is survived by a daughter: Sarah Megan Lewis, a son: Donovan Lewis both of San Diego, Calif.; mother: Lillian Lewis of Cottonwood, Ariz.; sisters: Patricia Canseco of 29 Palms, Calif.; Sandra Sanchez of Oklahoma City, Ok; Betty Morey of Rowland Heights, Calif.; brothers: Norman Lewis of Cottonwood, Ariz.; Buddy Lewis of Alta Loma, Calif.; Paul Lewis of Tucson, Ariz.
