Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on January 16, 2014 - James (Jim) A. Hughes, 80, of Tempe passed away early Wednesday morning, Jan. 1, 2014, surrounded by family. Jim was born in Kingman on July 29, 1933. Jim is survived by his four children, Kevin Hughes of Casa Grande, Valerie Davis of Mesa, Darren Hughes of Chandler, and Vanessa Dunn of Chandler. Jim was also "Papa" to seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held in Jim's honor at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, in the breathtaking Usery Mountain Regional Park, 3939 N. Usery Pass Road Mesa, AZ 85207, Ramada C1 and C2.
