Fred W. Prouty, Sr., 67, passed away January 20, 2014 in Maricopa, Arizona. 

Visitation is Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa 85201. Funeral services are Monday, January 27, 2014 at 10 AM also at Bunker’s Garden Chapel. 

Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
