Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Annie Yardley (December 23, 1940 - January 16, 2014) In loving memory of our precious Mother, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother and Friend, Annie Yardley, born December 23, 1940 to the late Isaac and Hannah Yardley. She completed her race and entered into eternal paradise on January 16, 2014 in Whiteriver, Arizona. She loved to pick acorns and pinon nuts, sewing, cooking and cleaning. She loved her job working for the tribe for over 27 years. She enjoyed working with beads. In her younger years she loved to hunt and would often ride horseback from Maverick to East Fork. She opened not only her door, but her heart and was a mother to all; she loved and was loved beyond measure. She leaves behind her brother, Richard Yardley; sister-in-law, Shirley Yardley; sister Lorraine Yardley; her children, Evans Quintero Jr., Manuel (Jackie) Quintero, West Quintero, Derek and Rose Riley, Lloyd and Marcia Massey; 30 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Annie is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Hannah Yardley; her children, Raymus Quintero, Cindy Sue Ethelbah, Sandra A. Ethelbah; and her granddaughter, Kesha Paxson. Annie will be brought home to her residence at 4305 East Fork Road for a one night wake Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 10:00 am. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the East Fork Riverside Church, with Pastor Valentina Begay officiating.
