The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, January 23, 2014 Ayeesha Helena Day, 16, of Mayer, Ariz., born May 11, 1997, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Jan. 16, 2014, in Spring Valley, Ariz. Her parents are Lloyd T. Day and Dorothea Joey-Day. Ayeesha attended Mayer High School. She enjoyed archeology and astronomy. Her hobbies included reading, studying the Bible, and travel, and she was an avid guitarist. She is survived by her parents; siblings Hope Joey, 29, Joshua Joey, 27, Lydell Joey, 25, Todd L. Jones, 23, Shawnee Day, 18, Ezekiel A. Day, 11, and Mariah A. Day, 9; and numerous aunts, uncles, friends and other relatives. Services will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 25, 2014, at Living Water Church, 7367 E. 1st Street, Prescott Valley, Ariz. Interment will be in Bridgeport, Conn., at a later date.
