Patricia Ann Hasty, 65, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away August 2, 2003. Patricia was born April 26, 1938 in Pauls Valley, OK. She was a homemaker for her family and she worked in a Drapery Shop for many years and as a Dispatcher for Airport Transportation Co. She was also active at West Thomas Baptist Church and Star Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Stacy Klem, mother Virginia Klem, and brother Stacy E. Klem. Survivors include her husband of 49 years and 4 months, Bill Hasty, her daughters: Virginia (Tim) Hines and Billie Sue (Randy) Guthrie and son Timothy (Peggy) Hasty, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Sharon (John) Hare and Linda (Mel) Strahl and Princess her favorite chihuahua. Graveside Services: Wed., August 6, 2003, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Contributions: West Thomas Baptist Church, 3948 W.
