Harry Vollstedt, Jr. passed away January 6, 2014 at home. He was born Oct. 15, 1926 in Davenport, Iowa. He served in the Navy Oct. 21, 1943 thru March 13, 1946. He married Viola Ruth Francois October 16,1947, and they had 3 children Thomas Allen Vollstedt (wife Sue) of Florida, Sharon Webb of Yuma, AZ., Lana Hixson of Vancouver, WA. He had 3 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years and both his parents. He will be deeply missed. Apache Junction News January 11, 2014
