Kristen Jackson, 43, formerly of Prescott Valley, Ariz., died in Phoenix on Jan. 6, 2014. She will be missed by her parents, Darla and Al Graham; children, Andrew and Adrianna; and brother Jimmie Jackson.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Feb. 1, 2014, at Open Door Baptist Church in Prescott Valley.
