Alita Wynona Carter, 73, died Jan. 20, 2014, at her Yuma home.

Born April 25, 1940, in Brashear, Mo., she was a food server for Kingman Unified School District.

A memorial service is pending in Kingman. Yuma Mortuary and Crematory is handling local arrangements.
