NICHOLSON, Allen Crosley

Services for Allen C. Nicholson, 70, were conducted in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden in Scottsdale. The Rev. David Falconer officiated. Burial in Green Acres Memorial Garden. Mr. Nicholson, 247 N. Main, Mesa, was a veteran of the Canadian Army and served in the Salvation Army. He died Friday, Nov. 27, 1964, in Van Horn, Texas, en route to Arizona. He planned to make his home in Mesa. He formerly lived in Emsbury, Massachusetts. He is survived by his wife, Jessie, of Mesa; son, James Nicholson of Norfolk, Virginia; brothers Thomas R. Weaver, Mills, MA, and William Weaver, New Market, New Jersey; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Louise German of Mesa and Mrs. Ruth Ellen May Mudge, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Betty Jean Murray, Sharon, MA; and 23 grandchildren.
