HERMAN, JR., John Henry (Jack)

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, January 25, 2014 John Henry Herman Jr. (Jack) of Cottonwood, passed away on January 6, 2014, at the age of 71. He was born on December 4 1942 to Gertrude and John Henry Herman Sr. in Huntington New York. Jack is survived by 4 children, Denise, John, David, & Tianah and six grandchildren, Danielle, Anthony, Olivia, Alex, Aurora, and Broderick. A retired commercial construction foreman, Jack was a 50 year member of the Suffolk County Carpenters Union. He retired to Cottonwood AZ where he built his dream home and was a member of the Verde Valley 4 Wheelers. Jack enjoyed volunteering at VVMC. Services will be held on 2-2-14 In Farmingdale NY. His family thanks his AZ family and friends for their support and hopes you will toast his life in remembrance of good times. Information provided by survivors.
