Juanda J. "Toni" Nipper
Toni Nipper passed in peace on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2014, at the age of 69.
She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, Mo., for 35 years, co-owned a real estate firm in St. Louis, and retired to Prescott, Ariz., where she was co-owner of Dizzy's Deli in downtown Prescott.
Toni donated her body to the University of Arizona Medical School in the event one of her organs could save another life.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Pine Lakes Community Club House, 3707 West Pine Lakes Drive, Prescott, Ariz.
Toni is survived by her cherished friend and companion Stephanie Stafford; daughter Jennifer Block; son-in-law Robert Block; grandchildren Britney and Patrick; sister Robyn Benz; brother-in-law Joseph Benz; nieces Megan and Cortney; great-niece Madison; nephews Josh and Brandon.
As president of the Pine Lakes Homeowners Association, Toni would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the PLAMHO organization for support and upgrading of computer equipment and training, and an overhead projector and sound system for the use of the Pine Lakes residents, as Toni was in the process of organizing these purchases for the community in which she lived in for nine years.
