Billie (Wilma May) Pierce was born in Upland, California on August 22, 1931 and died peacefully of natural causes at her home in Yuma, Arizona on January 28, 2014 at the age of 82.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Eve Billings; brother Bill Billings; husband Gene Pierce, and son Robert C. Parish. She is survived by son Bill (& Louise) Parish of Yuma; daughter Ann (& Frank) Harper of Bay City, Oregon; daughter Mary Sims of Buena Park, California, 4 nieces, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, best friend Louise Guy, and her dogs Abby and Bella.

Per Billie's request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
