The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, February 02, 2014 Kathryn J. Garfield (Ballard), born Nov. 20, 1954, in Inglewood, Calif., died Jan. 22, 2014, at home in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Kathy is survived by her husband Stephen; her two children, Leah Gonzalez (Garfield) of Jacksonville, N.C., and Joel Garfield of Houston, Texas. She has four grandchildren. She leaves two sisters, Cheerful Teuscher of Prescott Valley and Jo Lou Craig of Redding, Calif. A memorial service in her honor will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 8, 2014, at the Potter's House Church.
