SHRIMPTON, Peter E.

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, February 02, 2014 Peter E. Shrimpton, 82, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away Monday, Jan. 20, 2014. Peter was born in London, England, and moved to the U.S. in 1953. Peter is survived by his wife of 43 years Andree. He has four children from a previous marriage, Jane, Jill, Paul and Chris; and eight grandchildren. Before retirement in Prescott, Peter had a very successful career in the retail industry. He worked for Revlon then became the regional manager for the perfume company Nina Ricci for 14 states. During his retirement years, stamp collecting was one of his biggest enjoyments. He served as president of the Prescott Stamp Club for three years. There will be a memorial and celebration of Peter's life at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at the Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz.
