Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Thursday, February 6, 2014 12:01 am Nov. 3, 1926 — Feb. 2, 2014 Mary Ellen (Lake) McKenzie passed away Feb. 2, in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 87. She was born Nov. 3, 1926 in Graham, Calif. to William and Lavina (Williams) Gillispie. Mary worked as an expeditor for Rockwell Aerospace, moving to Lake Havasu City 20 years ago. Mary is survived by her loving family; son, William Greer, of S. Boardman, Mich.; daughter, Wanda Curtis, of Beaumont, Calif.; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Services will be at Calvary Baptist Church, Sunday, Feb. 9, at 2 p.m. with words of comfort by Pastor Chet Anderson.
