Richard Joe Colby, 50, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born March 3, 1955, in Bryan, Texas, Died Feb. 22, 2006, in Los Angeles, Calif.

A memorial service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11, at the Hights Church, 2121 Larry Caldwell, Drive, Prescott, Ariz.  A reception will follow.
