Janet Ilene Partlow, 65, of Flagstaff died Feb. 8, 2014, at the Olivia White Hospice Home. She was born Dec. 16, 1948, in Valparaiso, Ind. 

Visitation will be Friday at 1 p.m., followed by funeral services at 2 p.m., at the Norvel Owens Mortuary; interment will conclude services at Citizens Cemetery.
