Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, February 12, 2014 - Daniel Ralph Roberts, 58, of Henderson, Nev., passed away peacefully in his sleep Feb. 7, 2014. Dan was born May 20, 1955 to Robert and Donna Roberts in Madison, Wis. He graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1973. Dan had many careers over his life including Alaskan commercial fisherman, realtor, general contractor, homebuilder, and concrete mason. Dan is survived by his wife of 13 years Kristy Roberts; son, Cody Roberts and wife Amanda and their sons Zachary and Wesley, of Warrensburg, Mo.; son, Tyler and fiancée Mitra, of Tucson; stepdaughter, Jill Goodwin and husband Jeremy and their daughter Ashton, of Benton, Ark., stepdaughter, Deann Bennett and her daughters Bailey and Taylor, of Alexander, Ark.; siblings, Karen Fresh, Tony, Jeffrey and Mary, of Lake Havasu City; and other family and friends. Dan is preceded in death by his father Robert, mother Donna, and sister Linda Roberts, all of Lake Havasu City. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 13, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Havasu City. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to The American Cancer Society for Colorectal cancer research.
