LA VALLE, Lola (Chris)

Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Feb. 9 to Feb. 16, 2014 - Lola "Chris" La Valle, age 70, left us to be in a better place with her loving God on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. She was born on January 15, 1944 in San Diego, Calif. Chris had been a beautician for 50 years, 20 of those years in Mohave County, Ariz. She was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, volunteering to work with the children, help serving on special occasions and also in the office. If you needed help she was there for you. Chris had many hobbies such as card making, tole painting and more. She was also a Critter Sitter, the animals she watched just loved her. She will be greatly missed by her many friends throughout the tri-state area. A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. (Calif. time) Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 218 D Street, Needles, Calif. In lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation in Chris' name to your local animal shelter.
