Carl "Bill" W. Virgin, age 64, a resident of Mohave Valley, Ariz. passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.

Bill is survived by his wife Karen; daughter, Rachel; son, Shane; step-daughter Joyce and husband Rob; and step-son, Scott Grace; and brother, James.

No services are scheduled.
