Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Wednesday, February 19, 2014 Tony Nawfel, age 79 of Globe, Ariz. passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014 in Globe. Tony was born to Sam and Mabel Nawfel (now deceased) in Miami, Ariz. He was a grocery store owner in Globe for 40 years. Tony Nawfel is survived by his loving wife, Frances Nawfel; brothers, Kelly and Robert Nawfel; and his sister, Labeba Gillette of Santee, Calif. and many family members. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Meeks. Services for Tony will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 at Bulman Miles Funeral Services in Globe.
