Alfreda Geraldine Spencer, 73, passed away in Phoenix, Jan. 11, 2014. She was born July 28, 1940 in Jacksonburg, W.Va. to Charles Elmer and Hazel Belle (Miller) Shreve.

Alfreda was a Havasu pioneer, living here for 43 years. Everyone loved her. She helped raise several of her grandchildren and she was always there to help anyone with anything she could.

Alfreda was the backbone of the entire family and we will all truly miss and love her.

Alfreda is survived by her sons, Larry (Diane), Garry (Sharon) and Danny Spencer; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dana Spencer; daughter, Michelle Spencer and son, Rodney Spencer.
