Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Wanda P. Burnette (January 1, 1955 - February 19, 2014) Wanda P. Burnette was surrounded by her loved ones in Show Low, AZ. as she went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2014, after a long battle of illness. She was born on January 1, 1955 to Martin and Mary Burnette. Wanda grew up in Cedar Creek and attended JFK and graduated from Alchesay. She attended NPC in Show Low, AZ. She also worked many years for Forestry. Wanda loved watching NBA basketball and WWE wrestling. She is survived by 2 brothers: Hollis Burnette and Wilson Burnette, 3 Sisters: Lorraine Endfield, Eva Sands and Verlita Beatty. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents: Martin and Mary Burnette, Sister: Julia Burnette, 2 brothers: Laben and Otis Burnette. Wanda will be brought home for a one night wake on Friday February 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Buster Beatty’s residence. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Cedar Creek Assembly of God Church, Cedar Creek, AZ.
