Services will be 10 a.m. March 4, 2014, at the Veterans Administration Chapel, 500 Highway 89N, Prescott. He was born June 4, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA to Thomas and Lillian Price. Franklyn is survived by his wife Marilyn Rose Price, Children Ernest Price, Eileen and Michael Elia, and step-daughters Joanne, Denise, and Michele, Brothers Robert (Martha) Price, Steven (Marie) Price, Gilbert (Espemnza) Price and Richard (Alice) Price, Grandchildren, Alex, Steven, Krystal, Kimberly, and Yasmine and two Great-Grandchildren. Franklyn is preceded in death by his parents, brothers James and Thomas and sisters Lillian and Virginia. Franklyn enjoyed fishing, helping his family and friends in construction projects and going to the casino. He was proudest of his family and his two homes that he built with his wife and close friends.
