William "Bill" Rogers, Jr., age 76, a resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. He was born on August 31, 1937 in Sebring, Ohio to William, Sr., and Vera Rogers.

Bill was in real estate for the past 40 years, and also built Little Peoples Child Care Centers over most of the United States.

Bill is survived by his wife, Hazel; daughter, Melissa Rogers of Ankeny, Iowa; three step- children, Pamela Hinson of Stockbridge, Ga., Thomas McKenzie of Siapan, and Michael McKenzie of Sterling, Alaska; two sisters, Linda King of Beloit, Ohio, and Mary Nezbeth of El Dorado Hills, Calif.; brother, Mike Rogers of Lee's Summit, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.

Bill will be greatly missed!
