W. W. Davis, a well known miner of this county, died this morning of
pneumonia and a typho-mararial fever.
Notice of his funeral will be found elsewhere in this issue.

The funeral of the late W. W. Davis, who died this morning at
Lindenbaum's lodging house, will take place to-morrow afternoon, at 2
o'clock from the undertaking rooms of A. G. Randall.

W. W. Davis, of Rockford, Illinois, whose son, W. W. Davis, died
recently in Prescott, has written a letter to Joseph Dougherty,
requesting him to thank the Grand Army member and citizens of Prescott
for the care, attention and kindness shown his son during his illness.
