The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, March 05, 2014 Phyllis Ford Lipinski, age 77, a 27-year resident of Wickenburg, left us on March 1 surrounded by loved ones while listening to the music of Elvis Presley. She is survived by her daughter Pamela Smith (Matt), son Jim Ford (Nancy), grandchildren Connor and Erin Smith, god-daughter Mary Lou Kohne, her sister Brenda Snapp, and brother Randy Hughes. She was deeply loved and admired by her friends and family. Many of the residents of Wickenburg can thank her for selling them their houses during her 27 years as a real estate agent for Century 21. She was a top saleswoman for many of those years and was adored by her clients. She was a member of the Soroptimists, the Elks Club, and a long time member of Wickenburg Country Club. A memorial will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday (March 8) at the Elks Lodge in Wickenburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Soroptimists or the Humane Society of Wickenburg.
