He was a Lake Havasu City resident since 1979 and was born in New Bedford, Mass., March of 1971. Christopher graduated from high school in 1989 and enjoyed being a center for their football team and a wrestler. After he graduated, he joined the U.S. Army and became a veteran of the Gulf War. When he returned home from being deployed, he attended college to become a physical therapist and also became a registered nurse. He left behind his dad, Altino Cunha; stepmon, Cynthia Cunha; two sisters, Elizabeth Aguis and Tiffany Cunha,; one brother, Richard Cunha; his brother-in-law, Dean Aguis; nephews, Michael Aguis and Jayce Cunha; nieces, Meagan Cunha, Lexine Aguis, Jazmin Cunha and a lot of family in Massachusetts. No service is taking place at this time
