Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Sunday, March 9, 2014 - Mrs. Claudine Ware, age 79, passed away at home in Lake Havasu City, Monday, March 3. She was born April 2, 1934 in Pampa, Texas. During her lifetime, she lived in Norwalk, Long Beach, and Chino, Calif. before settling in Lake Havasu City. She worked at Excello, Royal Omaha Meat Company, Marv's Restaurant Supply and The Pomona Elks Lodge as head bookkeeper. Two of her favorite pastimes were playing cards and dancing. Her family and friends always looked forward to her annual plastic canvas Christmas cards and gifts she made. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ed Ware; her children, Michael Ware and Bobi and Bob McCormick; her sisters, Virginia Hall and Margret McGuire; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at Forest Lawn in Cypress, Calif., Thursday, March 13 at 1 p.m. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to Claudine’s family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
