The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, March 12, 2014 Mary Jane Anderson, age 70, of North Platte went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 1. Mary Jane was born on May 28, 1943 in North Platte to Adolph and Marjorie Wendeborn. She graduated from Hershey High School with the class of 1961. After high school, she married Ralph Anderson and they made their home in North Platte. She made her lifelong career as a respiratory therapist working at hospitals in Nebraska and Arizona (including the Wickenburg area) providing unconditional love and care for each and every one of her patients. She carried this unconditional love into all of her relationships as wife, mom, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. Her warm smile brought joy to everyone. Survivors include her husband Ralph of North Platte; daughters Peggy (Jed) Snell of Apple Valley, Calif., and Debbie (Chuck) Carter of Silverthorne, Colo.; son Neal Anderson of Farmington, N.M.; grandchildren Kara (Alex) Bustrum, Logan (Missy) Snell, Mary Beth Anderson, and Bryson Anderson; brother Marvin Wendeborn of Squim, Wash.; sisters Phyllis Nelson of Cozad, Alice Robinson of North Platte, and Roxy Martens of North Platte; and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Marjorie Wendeborn. A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 5 at the Adams and Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte.
