Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Richard Gardea August 1, 1928 ~ March 10, 2014 Ricardo Estavillo Gardea or "Richard" as he was known by family and friends, age 85, of Safford, entered into eternal life early Monday morning, March 10, 2014, at the Comfort Home Care in Peoria. Richard was a lifelong resident of the Gila Valley. Funeral services for Mr. Gardea will be conducted Friday, March 14, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., at the Safford LDS Stake Center by Bishop James McBride of the Safford Second Ward. Concluding services will follow in the Safford Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday evening, March 13, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Friday afternoon, March 14, 2014, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m., in the Safford Stake Center Relief Society Room,
