Nan Falvo Rankin, 59 of Flagstaff, AZ passed away March 15, 2014. She was born October 23, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA. 

She is survived by her husband Roger, children Stephanie and Michael Munoz, mother Helen Falvo, surrogate daughter Kyrie Fry, brothers Greg, Tom, John Falvo and hiking companion Zoey. 

Nan worked for the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind for many years and taught American Sign Language at Flagstaff High School. She was a former Deputy Sheriff for Stanislaus County in California and was a volunteer for Northland Hospice.
