She was born May 11, 1923 in Manchester, IL to David & Opal (Roe) Smith. She is survived by her daughters Jodi Welch of Mesa, Arizona and Cindy Walters of Prescott, Arizona; and son John Garner of West River, Maryland. She is also survived by her sisters Barbra (Stan) Abrams of Mayville, OH and Audry Prather of White Hall, IL; her grandchildren Anjanette, Shane, and Seth; and her great-grandchildren Tyson and Ava. Ina was a member of the Community Christian Church in Prescott. She enjoyed reading, cooking, sewing, and crossword puzzles. She was certainly proudest of her family and the love and joy they brought her. Cemetery: Prescott National Cemetery S Overland Rd at Quiet Peace Lane Prescott AZ 86313.
