The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 Margaret E. Buttrill, 86, of Prescott Valley, Ariz. passed away March 19, 2014. She was born July 17, 1927 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Lula Mae Owens and Harvey Bible Riggs. She attended Stockton High School. Her career was as a comptroller. Margaret is survived by daughters Kathy Filler and Susie Sievereld; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 7763 Long Look Drive, Prescott Valley, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to Emmanuel Building Fund.
