Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on March 28, 2014 - Esther Cilia Castillanos-Gallagher passed away in Lake Havasu City on March 21, 2014. Esther was born Oct. 28, 1944, in Stockton, Calif., to Antonio and Chaita Castillanos. She was a resident of Kingman for 28 years. She worked as a night manager at the Arizona Inn for 22 years. She is survived by sons Richard A. Padilla and Larry A. Ellis Jr. of Kingman; loving sister, Aurora Garcia of Stockton, Calif.; grandchildren, Larry Ellis III, Christina Ellis, Vanessa Ellis, Katrina Ellis and Christopher Novak, all of Kingman; and numerous great-great grandchildren. Esther is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Gallagher; daughter, Lorraine Ellis; son, Michael Ellis Sr.; and grandson, Michael Ellis Jr. There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 29, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. There are no services planned.
