The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Friday, April 04, 2014 Barbara Ann Riggins June 3, 1935 - March 27, 2014 Barbara Ann Riggins passed away on March 27, 2014 in Payson, Ariz. with all of her family by her side. Barbara was born on June 3, 1935 in the District of Columbia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter E. Riggins; and is survived by her children, Cathy Valenzuela, Carolyn ‘Faye’ Sweet, Bruce Riggins, Debbie Abbott, Donnie Riggins and Wayne Riggins; 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the American Legion Tonto Rim Post #69, 709 E. Highway 260, Payson, Ariz. She will be missed by all those who loved her.
