HINDMAN, John William

Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona John William Hindman (August 13, 1936 - April 5, 2014) John William Hindman, 77, of Flagstaff passed away April 5, 2014. He was born on August 13, 1936. He married Judith June Evans in 1966. They lived together in San Francisco and later moved to Oakland California to raise a family. John retired in 2002 and moved with Judy to Flagstaff, AZ to be around his sons and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, working on his rental properties and spending time with his family. Judy Hindman, his wife preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister Laleta Scott of Placerville, California, his sons Craig, Scott and Kirk Hindman of Flagstaff and his grandchildren Jaedan, Gavin and Emily. Services will be held on Saturday April 12th at Noon at Bethel Baptist Church, 3926 Walapai Dr, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. In Memory of John, donations can be made to American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
