The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, April 13, 2014 Harriett Barbara Pavlak, 97, passed peacefully on April 4, 2014, at Mesa Christian Care, where she had many loving friends. Born in Patterson, N.J., she was the last of six siblings. She will greatly be missed by family and friends. No services are planned at this time. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Arrangements entrusted to Funeraria Melcher Chapel of the Roses in Mesa. Information provided by survivors.
