Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on April 10, 2014 - Retha Devere, 59, born in Kingman on May 12, 1955, passed away in Kingman on Saturday, April 5, 2014. She is the daughter of Alfreda E. Alger and Martin S. Alger and the sister of Marsha, Janet, Gwen and Colleen. Retha was family-oriented and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She led a very simple life and will never be forgotten. Her big heart and all the love she could bring will stay with everyone forever. She worked at the local Circle K (located off of Gordon and Stockton Hill Road). She was loved by her family, friends, co-workers and patrons. She is survived by her children, Christina Dykeman, Tiffany Asbury and (Roy), Jason Asbury and (April), Francis Devere, Stacie Devere; grandchildren, Brittany Asbury, Cody Asbury, Billy Dykeman, Christopher Dykeman and Nathan Dykeman; and great-grandchildren, Justin Dykeman and Joshua Dykeman. In celebration of her life, services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at Sutton Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Compass Bank under Retha Devere or April Asbury.
