Mohave Valley Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Apr. 20 to Apr. 27, 2014 - David Gerald Simons, age 52, a 3-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014. He was born on July 5, 1961 in Fullerton, Calif. David was a truck driver, auto mechanic and residential painter. He was a member of the River Cruisers Club and Arizona Citizens Defense League. He enjoyed antique cars and trucks, and guns and shooting. He was a beloved husband. David was preceded in death by his parents, William R. and Gwendolyn Wilson Simons; and a brother, William R. Simons, Jr. David is survived by his wife, Terre S. Simons of Bullhead City, Ariz.; sister, Sandra M. Cotter of Fullerton, Calif.; uncles, Ernest "Butch" Wilson and Chuck Simons, both of Kingman, Ariz.; neice, Sarah Wise and nephew, Ben Cotter both of Fullerton, Calif.; cousins, Annette Wilson and Ernest Wilson, Jr. of Kingman, Ariz.; and Aaron Simons of Corpus Cristi, Texas; and many other cousins. A graveside family gathering will be hosted by his wife, Terre and sister, Sandra, at Loma Vista Memorial Park, Fullerton, Calif., to be announced at a later date.
