Gary Poliakon, 63, passed away on April 17, 2014. Gary was born Aug. 11, 1950, in Libertyville, Ill., to Joseph and Bertha (Galdiks) Poliakon. Gary served in the Army as a Specialist 4, was employed as a truck driver, enjoyed sports and camping with his boys.

He is survived by his children, Garry, Damon, Carl, Jessie, Robert and Brett, and eight grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2014, at the Prescott National Cemetery.
